Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before reserving an arch.
1. Reservations & Payments
Reservations are arranged directly with us by email. A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received and agreed upon. Any balance due is payable before delivery. We do not collect or store card details on this website.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Full refunds apply to cancellations made 14 or more days before the event. Within 14 days, customers may receive partial credit toward a future booking. Cancellations under 72 hours result in forfeited fees. If weather or venue access prevents setup, we will make every effort to reschedule.
3. Delivery & Setup
Delivery, setup, and teardown are included within our standard Southern California service area (Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire). Venues outside this region may incur travel charges. Setup requires approximately 120 minutes of venue access before the ceremony.
4. Use of Our Arches
Renters are welcome to decorate with florals, drapery, or signage, while avoiding staples, nails, or permanent adhesives. Significant damage or loss may result in repair or replacement charges.
5. Liability
Vow & Forever Arches is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or other incidents that occur after setup is complete and control of the equipment has been transferred to the renter or event host.
6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms periodically. The current version will always be available on this page.
